A ‘home-grown’ Flint Bishop Solicitor, Emma trained with Flint Bishop and then qualified into the employment department,where her enjoyment and passion lay. 

Emma has quickly developed a personal client following and has been recognised for this by being mentioned in the UK’s leading legal directory, The Legal 500.  This is taken from direct client feedback, which confirmed that Emma is “popular with clients”. 

Emma’s client base consists of a wide range of different businesses from the banking sector, industry, charities, local government departments and SMEs.

She prefers non-contentious work, in particular, helping companies with, and providing advice on, their day to day employment law and HR matters. This includes drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures and advising on restructures, redundancies, other forms of dismissal and TUPE. 

Friendly and with an aptitude for thinking outside the box, she enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and working closely with them to meet their own individual commercial goals, within the constraints of the law.

In her spare time, Emma competes her horse Dolly to a national level, participating in the thrilling and exciting sport of eventing.  As an active and lively person, she also enjoys running and socialising with friends.
