Andrew has over six years' experience of employment law and the education sector and regularly advises on matters such as:

: The effective management of employee absences, performance, disciplinary procedures and the handling of grievances

: Advising business and insolvency practitioners in relation to the TUPE implications and requirements of mergers and acquisitions

: Advising both the private and public sectors in relation to consultation on redundancies and TUPE Transfers

Andrew has joined Flint Bishop after having developed a specialism providing Employment Law advice to institutions in the Education sector. He regularly provides a range of advice, in what is a complex sector to Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts, State Schools, Independent Schools and Free Schools.

Andrew regularly presents at training seminars and produces articles on the continuing changes in Employment Law and best practice in this increasingly dynamic sector.
